Here’s a question for you: Why keep software programs on your PC if you never use them, if you never plan to use them in the future, and if it’s easy and quick to remove them? As there’s no logical answer to that question, I’ll just go right ahead and tell you where to find the list of programs installed on your computer so that you can remove the ones you no longer need.

Click on the little green Start button in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen, then click on Control Panel, then choose Add or Remove Programs. Give your computer a moment and it’ll open a new little window populated with a list of programs installed on your machine. Scroll through the list and if you see a program you want to get rid of, just hit the “Change/Remove” button.

It never hurts to do a bit of cleanup on your PC every once in a while - just make sure you don’t go overboard by deleting programs that you’ll someday wish you’d kept around.
